My Story
After more than a decade working in HR — from small family-owned businesses to organizations with hundreds of employees — I saw the same pattern over and over: companies waiting until a problem became a crisis before getting help.
Harassment complaints that could have been handled early. Terminations that created legal exposure because the documentation wasn't there. Handbooks that hadn't been updated in years. Managers who wanted to do the right thing but didn't know how.
I launched Great Plains HR Solutions to be the resource those businesses needed before things got complicated — and to be a steady, trusted partner when they did.
I'm based in Oklahoma City and work with companies across the United States — all states except Washington State, New York, and California. Whether you need a one-time investigation or ongoing HR support, I bring the same level of care and rigor to every engagement.
